| About us | We start with the assumption that we have underestimated the capacity and initiative of low-income communities to improve their financial and general well-being. At the heart of the FII model is a trust that low-income families working together in peer-groups can lead their own change. FII’s mission is to trust and invest in low-income families across the nation so they can work individually and collectively to achieve prosperity. By putting families at the center of all we do and following their lead and relying on their guidance, forging relationships of mutual trust and responsibility with families and with all our partners, creating community that embraces diversity and inclusion, valuing technology and using data to reflect on our progress and to improve what we do, we are supporting families to succeed and emerge as role models and driving a broader, national change in the way dollars are invested in low-income families. |
