| Position | Develop and execute a marketing plan that includes both social media and collateral marketing Coordinate with the social media specialist (if different than Marketing Steering Committee Chair) to create and adhere to a schedule and frequency of posts in designated media outlets Engage with local media as appropriate to share events, programs, etc. to gain support of community and encourage engagement Track and report results as needed to the board |

| When | Our board attempts to meet the first Tuesday evening of each month. |

| Where | Virtual and at the Clifton Public Library Meeting room prior to this. |

| Donation | We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions. |

| Requirements | Board members must live in the southwest Ohio area and be willing to attend the majority of monthly board meetings and a willingness to support Heartfelt Tidbits. |

| On-boarding | The person will have a 1 hour meeting with the founder and executive director. After this if the participant continues to move forward, they would provide a resume and attend a board meeting. The next step would be for the board to approve the individual to join the board. |
