Our board | Our board is a governance board with several standing committees that provide guidance and oversight to the policies, strategies and operations of the organization. The goal of the board is to ensure COVERD Greater Cincinnati has adequate resources and expertise for the organization to fulfill its mission. The Board expects that every Board Member must show good faith acceptance of board responsibilities and commitment to the Board’s excellence. The Board governs with one voice through written polices, emphasizing strategic leadership and focusing on long-term goals. |

On-boarding | Candidate evaluation by governance committee prior to placement on a board committee. Serve for ~6 months and attend a board meeting prior to nomination to the board. Review and in good faith make a commitment to meet all board requirements and expectations. |

Additional Info | COVERD Greater Cincinnati operates three programs: Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank, Tidal Babe Period Bank, and Fly & Dry Basic Needs Bank. We promote dignity and health for people in need by increasing awareness of the need for, and access to, essential hygiene products.
