| Position | Operations DirectorThis committee seat reports to the Operations Officer and is responsible for quarterly board meeting management, board votes, records, recruiting new board members, onboarding, and board governance. Each responsibility is an integral part of building a reliable and healthy board of directors. |

| Donation | We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions. |

| Requirements | Board members are responsible for attending quarterly Board meetings and reporting on all active work progress and/or committees that they are managing. Each Director has job responsibilities that are outlined by role. |

| On-boarding | Each Director that is qualified for positions submits a letter of interest and will be approved by the Board of Directors. This also includes understudy positions. |
