| Our board | We are a working board of directors with each organizational function assigned to each seat. We have marketing materials and strategies for most board seats. |

| Position | Educational Services & OutreachThis committee seat reports to the Educational Director and assists in networking with schools throughout the region to promote our services. Additionally we are recruiting companies that have diversity programs to join our cause as we recruit future interns for their internal programs. |

| Donation | We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions. |

| Requirements | Board members are responsible for attending quarterly Board meetings and reporting on all active work progress and/or committees that they are managing. Each Director has job responsibilities that are outlined by role. |

| On-boarding | Each Director that is qualified for positions submits a letter of interest and will be approved by the Board of Directors. This also includes understudy positions. |
