Our board | Public Allies a national movement committed to advancing social justice and equity by engaging and activating the leadership of intentionally diverse people. The Public Allies Cincinnati is one of 25 sites in the Public Allies network and has been serving the Greater Cincinnati area for over 20 years in partnership with AmeriCorps. Local Advisory Board will raise the profile of the program by increasing brand exposure, cross-sector strategic partnerships, financial sustainability and alumni engagement. |

Donation | We require a specific amount of “give or get” for all board members. |

Requirements | Board members should be able to commit to a 2-year term and meet monthly at least 9 times in a 12 month period. 1. Understand the mission, vision and values of Public Allies and the program components of Public Allies Cincinnati 2. Be a vocal advocate of the organization to help enhance the organization’s public standing 3. Enhance the partnership efforts of Public Allies Cincinnati by strengthening relationships with nonprofit organizations, corporations and governmental agencies. |

On-boarding | There will be an board orientation meeting in November 2019 so that member will understand the history, mission and vision. This is the beginning stages of the advisory board so board members will be instrumental in establishing the foundation. |
