| Our board | Healthy Visions uses an advisory board to provide guidance on programming for state and federal grants serving 15,000 youth annually with in-classroom, assemblies, after school with positive youth development, identity, social emotional education and risk avoidance. |

| Donation | We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions. |

| Requirements | attendance at 80% of meetings, meet 11 months a year for 2 hours in the evening. Every other meeting is Board members only. The other meeting includes staff who interacts with the youth. |

| On-boarding | Meet with the Executive Director, Shadow at monthly board meeting, Attend an in school presentation, meet with the Board President, complete an application, be voted on by the board members for acceptance. Terms on 3 years. |
