| Our board | We are a working board of directors with each organizational function assigned to each seat. We have marketing materials and strategies for most board seats. |

| Position | Volunteer DirectorThe volunteer director is responsible for managing the volunteer reimbursement program and volunteer recruiting. Duties will include volunteer recruiting and managing the pipeline of volunteers that are working to pay off their student loans. |

| Donation | We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions. |

| Requirements | Board members are responsible for attending quarterly Board meetings and reporting on all active work progress and/or committees that they are managing. Each Director has job responsibilities that are outlined by role. |

| On-boarding | Each Director that is qualified for positions submits a letter of interest and will be approved by the Board of Directors. This also includes understudy positions. |
