| Requirements | Board members are expected to attend the regular meetings of Executive Board that occurs every other month via teleconference and at a minimum x1 in-person board retreat. Additionally, board members are required to serve on a committee as a member and/or chair as well contribute financially annually to the success of Sassy Frassy, Inc. |

| On-boarding | New board members would be asked to complete the following onboarding activities: a) initial meeting with Executive Director/Founder to understand organizations' mission, vision and committee interests. Also, the new member would be asked to shadow a general meeting/program of Sassy Frassy with a local academic partner as well attend a board meeting as an observer. |
