Position | Members of the Board of Directors (the Board) are legally and morally responsible for all activities of BB4K. The Board is responsible for determining and approving the strategies and goals of BB4K. Each member helps the collective board make sound group judgments, provide continuity of thinking, and facilitate bringing together a broad base of knowledge and experience to further BB4K’s goals. This is a non-compensated term position as defined in the Building Blocks for Kids bylaws. |

When | The board generally meets the second Tuesday of every month. |

Commitment | 1 to 3 hours/month |

Donation | We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions. |

Requirements | Attend all board meetings and two major fundraisers. Reasonable exceptions to be expected. |

On-boarding | Meet with a board member and the Executive Director. Attend a couple of meetings. Onboarding occurs twice per year. |
