Board Member – Marketing/Events
Our board | The Board of Directors shall have general supervision and charge of the property, affairs, and finances of the Corporation. The number of Directors shall be fixed from time to time by the Directors but shall be no fewer than three (3). The Board of Directors shall elect a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer, and may elect such other officers from time to time as the Board of Directors may deem necessary or desirable.The board of directors is legally and ethically responsible for all activities of the organization. Position | Responsible for creating innovative marketing strategies that will build our brand, leading to increased awareness, fundraising revenue, relevance and respect among our target audience. Primary functions will involve keeping social media, website, marketing emails up to date. |

When | Board usually meets during the week at 6:30 pm. The date is determined by the boards availability. Meetings are usually held in person or virtually. |

On-boarding | The Board of Directors shall elect a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer, and may elect such other officers from time to time as the Board of Directors may deem necessary or desirable. Any two or more offices may be held by the same person, but no officer shall execute, acknowledge, or verify any instrument in more than one capacity, if the instrument is required to be executed, acknowledged, or verified by two or more officers. |
