Board Member – Marketing/Events
| Our board | Cincinnati Works is a non-profit that provides free lifetime career coaching and support services. Our goal is to help our neighbors find dignified, stable work so they can provide for themselves and their families.Outside of the formal Board, the Young Professionals Board is a group of YPs that play an important role in advancing the organization's mission in the community by advocating and fundraising for Cincinnati Works. Members of the YP Board come from a wide range of backgrounds, including financial, legal and marketing fields. They are united by a passion for the community and Cincinnati Works' mission. The YP Board participates in a number of social and philanthropic events throughout the year, including network happy hours, some volunteer opportunities, and a large-scale annual fundraising campaign. |

| Position | This is for a position on the Young Professionals Board of Cincinnati Works (not the formal Board). This role is for the Marketing / Events committee. This person will run the YP Board's marketing efforts to advance the mission of Cincinnati Works. This person has the ability to shape the role, but the scope may include running social media accounts (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter), event planning, creating marketing materials, etc. This person does not need to have significant marketing or event planning experience, but should be passionate about the Cincinnati Works mission and desire to be a hands-on contributor. |

| Requirements | -Passion for Cincinnati Works mission -Desire to be an active, hands-on contributing member -We do not have a formal age limit, however most young professionals are between the ages of 22-40 |
