| Our board | Previously, our board consisted of family members, and more recently of family members and employees. Currently, there are 9 Board members. Most of our Board Members have not made contributions to the Foundation and are not even contributing members of the Foundation. |

| Position | Passion for the Arts is a plus, Connection to the community would also be a plus. Previous experience with non-profit is a necessity. We need a Board Member with experience as to how a non-profit board should be organized and governed in the best interest of the Foundation. Basic Board Education 101 and Board Organization 102! |
