Our boardThe Dream Chasers Organization board of directors is a small group of like-minded professionals all with a shared mission to spread the message and mission of Dream Chasers. Our current board members work collaboratively to support and assist the Executive Director.
PositionWe are looking for an energetic, passionate board member who is interested in supporting our youth-focused organization. Dream Chasers is a non-profit organization that exists to empower kids to overcome their obstacles and chase their dreams. Through a variety of programming options our vision is to reach any kid in any setting and empower them to be Dream Chasers. We teach participants the importance of reaching for their passion, building the right team around them in life, and developing grit to overcome their obstacles in pursuit of their greatness...To be Dream Chasers each and every day.

DonationWe strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions.
RequirementsWe ask for a minimum of a one-year commitment to the board position.
On-boardingInitial onboarding meeting is scheduled with the Executive Director and one existing board member to familiarize new member with our mission and vision.
Additional InfoAs a nonprofit in the third year of local chapter operation, we need a board member who is seeking the opportunity to create impact and be a part of the growth of the organization here in the Greater Cincinnati area. This board member would be asked to assist with researching and potentially applying for grants, communicating with potential sponsors, and getting involved in the planning and execution of 1-2 fundraising events each fiscal year.
