Board Member – Finance

Our boardCurrently, we have eight members. We meet bi-monthly.Three-year terms can be repeated twice.
PositionWe would like to increase our finance committee. We have a treasurer, our program manager, and our board chair on our finance committee.  It's been a confusing year but we have navigated through two forgivable loans, an SBA loan and the National Endowment for the Arts CAREgrant. At this time we are concerned about next year as help fades away. For 2019, our earned income was 62% of our budget. For 2020 our earned income was 29%. We are hoping to bring a finance person with experience in nonprofit budgeting.
