Our boardThe Board of Directors meets quarterly to review program accomplishments and conduct regular corporate business including governance, finance, operations, and marketing
PositionThis position is for our Foundation Board.  We are in need of a board member with some finance background.

DonationWe strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions.
RequirementsBoard members should have prior experience in the matters of the parent organization, the Clermont Chamber of Commerce, including serving as a Chamber Board member (not absolutely necessary).
On-boardingOnboarding includes reviewing the business of the Chamber of Commerce.
