Board Member – Finance

| Position | Heritage Villiage is in need of a board member who has financial experience. This board member will be looking over budgets, major gifts and will be working with the accountant. |

| When | The fourth Monday of the month except for December. |

| Where | At Heritage Village Museum & Educational Center located in Sharon Woods Park--Sharonville. |

| Commitment | 3 to 5 hours/month |

| Donation | We require a specific amount of “give or get” for all board members. |

| Requirements | Board members are required to volunteer 30 hours a year not including attending the board meetings. To be an active participant in board meetings and help raise funds. Board members should join at least one of the organizations committees. Board members are required to give at least $250.00 to cover membership in the organization, D & O insurance, and a donation. |

| On-boarding | A meeting with the Executive Director to learn about the organization's history and programming. If potential board member still interested in being a board member a second meeting is scheduled with the Board President and Executive Director. Then the board will vote on the potential board member. A board manual will be given. |
