| Requirements | Board members are responsible for attending quarterly Board meetings and reporting on all active work progress and/or committees that they are managing. Each Director has job responsibilities that are outlined by role. |

| On-boarding | Each Director that is qualified for positions submits a letter of interest and will be approved by the Board of Directors. This also includes intern positions. |
