| Position | Welcome House of NKY Board Members are the governing entity behind the agencies over-arching strategic plan. They help keep the leadership team aligned with that strategic plan, they provide input for major initiatives and decisions, and they oversee the role of of the CEO. It is the role of our board members to participate in fundraising and events for the agency by providing the simplest of support of sharing social media posts to providing financial funding for these events. The Board members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission. |
