| Our board | Our board is a regulatory board with fiduciary responsibility for the Observatory. There are currently about 18 people on our board and we have in the past year created and implemented a strategic plan with the board's input. Additionally we provide a thorough orientation for each board member so they fully understand their board duties. |

| Requirements | - Attending quarterly board meetings - Serve on a board committee - Make an annual donation to the Observatory (of any amount) - Attend 3-4 events a year to represent the Observatory as a board member. - Work to engage friends, colleagues and connections in the work of the Observatory |
