Our boardCincinnati Works is a non-profit that provides free lifetime career coaching and support services. Our goal is to help our neighbors find dignified, stable work so they can provide for themselves and their families.Outside of the formal Board, the Young Professionals Board is a group of YPs that play an important role in advancing the organization's mission in the community by  advocating and fundraising for Cincinnati Works. Members of the YP Board come from a wide range of backgrounds, including financial, legal and marketing fields. They are united by a passion for the community and Cincinnati Works' mission. The YP Board participates in a number of social and philanthropic events throughout the year, including network happy hours, some volunteer opportunities, and a large-scale annual fundraising campaign.
PositionThis is for a position on the Young Professionals Board of Cincinnati Works (not the formal Board). This individual should be passionate about advancing the Cincinnati Works mission through networking and events with other young professionals in the community. There is no prior experience required, but we are looking for individuals that are willing to be a hands-on contributor, including taking an active role on a Young Professionals Board committee.

Requirements-Passion for Cincinnati Works mission -Desire to be an active, hands-on contributing member -We do not have a formal age limit, however most young professionals are between the ages of 22-40
Our missionCincinnati Works will partner with all willing and capable people living in poverty to assist them in advancing to economic self-sufficiency through employment.
