Our boardChapter boards of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation exist to support the long-term future of the Foundation by engaging volunteer leaders who are committed to the values and mission of the Foundation while also increasing awareness and financial support. We are currently working to develop a new chapter board.
PositionTomorrow's Leaders is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's young professional program, designed to offer like-minded professionals leadership skills and networking opportunities while they make a difference in the lives of those with cystic fibrosis. The Tomorrow's Leaders Council of the CFF Greater Cincinnati Chapter was established to help support the long-term future of the Foundation by bringing together young professional leaders who are committed to the values and the mission of the foundation. Who are Tomorrow's Leaders? Tomorrow's Leaders are philanthropic individuals between the ages of 21 and 40 who believe in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's mission and desire to grow personally and professionally.

RequirementsQualifications
  • Between the ages of 21-40 years old
  • An annual contribution of $65 (non-tax-deductible)
  • Demonstrated commitment to finding a cure
Leadership Responsibilities:Each council member serves a 2-year term Each council member should possess certain specialized skills needed by the council and contribute to the council in his/her area of expertise Each council member should attend a minimum 50% of annual Tomorrow’s Leaders Council meetings in person Each council member should attend Great Strides, the Signature Event, or at least one Chapter fundraising event during the year Each council member should support the Tomorrow’s Leaders program through corporate and personal contacts Each council member should attend and participate in ongoing Tomorrow’s Leaders professional development and networking opportunitiesLeadership Responsibilities:

Tomorrow U Tomorrow U is the onboarding program for new Council members to learn more about cystic fibrosis and the Foundation. Tomorrow U 101 is a basic introduction and Tomorrow U 201 is a more detailed look at the chapter and how to get involved in other ways.
On-boardingInterested parties should first meet with the Executive Director to determine level of interest and best fit. The next step would be to meet with the chapter board president.
