| Our board | The Last Mile Food Rescue Board will meet for the first time on October 23, 2019. Currently has three members including Board Chair. We are looking to slowly add positions that have expertise as CFO, Supply Chain / Logistics Executive in the Food Industry and possibly other areas. |

| Position | Last Mile Food Rescue seeks a Board Member with a demonstrated high impact track record in the Cincinnati region. We fundamentally believe that all poverty ending solutions must start with food. There are 270,000 of our neighbors in need that don't know where there next meal in coming from. Equally unacceptable, 40% of all food is wasted. Last Mile Food Rescue is seeking a Board Member that will fight passionately for additional solutions to complement (not compete) with those already fighting hunger. Last Mile Food Rescue will reapply proven methodologies of leveraging volunteer drives to pick up food from donors and transport it to approved food pantries. |

| Requirements | Active guidance, near 100% attendance to Board meetings and demonstrated regional leadership experience in Corporate or Non-Profit organizations. A track record of individual accomplishments that benefit the region. |
