| Our board | Our Board serves as the governing body of Winton Place Youth Center. They’re responsible for budgetary oversight, community & corporate engagement, marketing, and fundraising on behalf of the organization. The board consists of the CEO/President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and board chairs. In the future, as our board grows, we would like to expand the board members into having committees. Board terms are one year long but members can serve longer. Meetings are once per month and we do ask for board members to volunteer at the youth center at least once per year. |

| Requirements | Being passionate about youth and their development is the most important quality we look for in a board member, however there are some extra assets that would prove beneficial. Media or corporate connections will assist WPYC in its growth and sustainability. All board members are required to help with fundraising on behalf of WPYC |
