Our boardSt. Paul's Home Advisory Board is valued for advice, advocacy, professional knowledge and relationships in the community. Together we work to help the Sisters care for the elderly poor in Cincinnati.
PositionAs a memberof the Advisory Board, your experience, relationships, and wisdom will help guide the mission of the Little Sisters of the Poor-Cincinnati to provide a Home for the neediest elderly of every race and religion.  Meeting four times a year, it is the responsibility of the Board member to represent the mission of the Home in the community, to promote their mission and ministry and to be a source of building relationships for the ministry in the greater Cincinnati area.

DonationWe strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions.
RequirementsBoard members are asked to attend four meetings a year. We ask for a an individual financial commitment towards the mission to care for the elderly. We ask that our Board attend at least one event throughout the year.
On-boardingBoard members will first communicate with the Development Director and express his or her interests in the mission. After the initial contact, any potential board member will have a conversational interview with the Mother Superior of the Home. Once accepted as a Board member, there is presentation of the Board Guide Book and welcome at the next Board meeting.
