| Requirements | Terms are three years in length with an option to renew. Each existing member of the Board can serve up to three (3) consecutive full three (3) year terms. |

| On-boarding | On boarding is provided by the Executive Director and Director of Mission at a mutually convenient time after board membership approved. |
