Requirements | Attendance at 80% of meetings, meet 11 months a year for 2 hours in the evening. Every other meeting is Board members only. The other meeting includes staff who interacts with the youth. Testing

On-boarding | Meet with the Executive Director, Shadow at monthly board meeting, Attend an in school presentation, meet with the Board President, complete an application, be voted on by the board members for acceptance. Terms on 3 years. Testing
