The Board consists of a Chairman, three Vice-Chairs, a Secretary, a Treasurer and up to 34 other Directors. The Board functions are weighted as follows: 50% fundraising, 25% Leadership and 25% Advocacy. Must be willing to be an advocate for TCT in the community. Formatted Onboarding Visual Text Onboarding Board Nominees must submit a resume/CV to the Managing Director/CEO for the Nominating Committee to review. The Nominating Committee then recommends candidates to be approved by the full Board at our annual meeting in May. Board vacancies may also be filled as available throughout the year. Once approved, the new member meets with the Managing Director/CEO for a Board Orientation and will be assigned a Board Mentor during their first year of service.
