Formatted Board Requirements Board Requirements Board members are expected to attend the regular meetings of Executive Board that occurs every other month via teleconference and at a minimum x1 in-person board retreat. Additionally, board members are required to serve on a committee as a member and/or chair as well contribute financially annually to the success of Sassy Frassy, Inc.
