They work very hard maintaining our facility and grounds, giving educational presentations, and working on the strategic plan. Formatted Board Requirements Board Requirements It is necessary for board members to attend meetings, understand the mission and work of the organization in order to make responsible financial and growth decisions and be an active participant in meetings. We strongly encourage participation in fundraising events as well as signing our conflict or interest and confidentiality agreements. We have an orientation packet for new members to familiarize themselves.
