The 20-member board governs as a non-profit board through an Executive, Finance, Development, Marketing, and Nominating committees. Board members are representative of the community PF! serves and is diverse across multiple categories. Decisions are made by majority vote following thorough research, discussion and consensus building. Members are expected to attend (6) board meetings and the annual fundraising event. Board members are expected to make an annual financial contribution at their personal comfort level. Board members may choose to serve on a governance committee or a program leadership team that aligns with their skill set(s). Board members must serve as an ambassador for the organization. Leadership, connection to networks and diverse perspectives are appreciated.
