We do that by providing tuition-free, technology-focused job training to unemployed and low income adults in the Cincinnati area. Our job training leads to industry-recognized A+ certification or a QA Software Testing certificate of completion and results in entry-level employment in IT jobs…jobs that lead to careers. The local advisory board is comprised of experts in the technology industry, or individuals who are business leaders or are influential among local CIOs and business leaders, or those who have authority over hiring entry-level IT positions. Representatives from the philanthropic community also serve on the local advisory board. An alumni should be represented.
