Formatted Board Requirements Visual Text The board is seeking to grow the number of board members with people who obtain expertise in specific areas. One specific area that we are hoping to bring on will have a background in Human Resources. Since our move from 900 square feet on Round Bottom Rd., our team has grown to more than 25 full and part time positions. We are also seeking someone who would be a good representation of our Share Partner community to guide us and ensure we continue to support the food insecure in the most effective way. Another area of expertise would be someone from the medical field - a Doctor or Nutritionist to help us stay informed on the newest health issues and solutions that revolve around diet. Board Requirements The requirements are minimal - the most important is to attend the board meetings. It would also be nice for each board member to help out in their area of expertise when issues are identified, or new projects are taken on. Formatted Onboarding Visual Text Our board is currently working on our onboarding process. Generally we over look a resume, have one or more current board members meet with the candidate, and if the fit feels right, vote. We do have our Bylaws in order and up to date.
