Next, we typically have the candidate meet with 1-2 other board members, and shadow one regular meeting. During this process, we provide the candidate with onboarding information (i.e., bylaws, policies & procedures, history, tour). Thereafter, provided all parties are in agreement (and based on a vote), the candidate is admitted to the board - 2 year term.
