It is made up of 20-25 community leaders from throughout western Ohio and southeastern Indiana, who strive to lead our organization through its governance responsibilities. Board members are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, stewardship of the Council's assets, ensuring the necessary resources to achieve its purpose, providing oversight, evaluating CEO performance, and communicating with our membership.
