The Council activities are limited to advising on matters that directly concern the FII model and fundraising efforts. The Council has no legal responsibilities and is formed to give advice and recommendations to the board and management. The role of this Council is to provide objective opinions about the organization as well as advice, counsel, and strategic thinking on initiatives, growth plans, and technology strategy.
