Formatted Board Requirements Visual Text Board Requirements Meetings are bi-monthly and required of board members; committee work is encouraged. We expect board members to be in attendance at as many Collegium concerts and functions as possible. Formatted Onboarding Visual Text Onboarding We generally start with an informal meeting, then invite the candidate to a board meeting and, if he or she hasn't been, to a Collegium event. After that, we schedule a follow up meeting to discuss with the candidate how he or she might be helpful to the board, how he/she might contribute, and what the next steps would be.
