We also want to express that we are excited to have you as a part of our CWC community! We are looking forward to working with you and to having your invaluable input and perspective as a part of building the CWC Cincinnati school and region. This document outlines the three 90 minute sessions to your on-boarding experience. <strong>Session I.</strong> The focus of this session is to ground you in the CWC Way which includes the purpose, mission, values of the organization and the CWCS Diversity Statement. You will have an opportunity to to reflect and share your experiences as they relate to the <a href="https://cwccincinnati.org/core-values-2/">CWC core values</a> and equity. <strong>Session II.</strong> During session II, we will dive into the role of the board, the history of the CWC network and regions, as well as network support to regions. Lastly, you will gain a deeper understanding of the CWC governance structure. <strong>Session III.</strong> Our regional organizations aim to create high-achieving, community-based public schools that reflect the abundant socioeconomic, racial and cultural diversity of their surroundings. Our schools exemplify an intellectually challenging, experiential learning environment that develops each student’s abilities, confidence, and sense of responsibility for themselves and their community. In this session, we will discuss the <a href="https://cwccincinnati.org/our-approach/">CWC Learning Model</a> and <a href="https://cwccincinnati.org/graduate-dispositions/">Graduate Dispositions</a>.
