Our goal is to help our neighbors find dignified, stable work so they can provide for themselves and their families. Outside of the formal Board, the <strong>Young Professionals Board</strong> is a group of YPs that play an important role in advancing the organization's mission in the community by advocating and fundraising for Cincinnati Works. Members of the YP Board come from a wide range of backgrounds, including financial, legal and marketing fields. They are united by a passion for the community and Cincinnati Works' mission. The YP Board participates in a number of social and philanthropic events throughout the year, including network happy hours, some volunteer opportunities, and a large-scale annual fundraising campaign.
